TERMS & CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any products purchased from HUE PH.

PLACING ORDERS
  • Customers intending to place orders at Hue Ph must supply certain information relevant to you purchase.
  • All personal information provided must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
  • Completion and submission of order form is a confirmation that you agree with our terms and condition.
  • After checkout process, we also encourage our customers to message us on our official facebook page. This will also serve as a platform for follow-up and update. 
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
  • Order confirmation constitute our acceptance of your order from us.  You will also be notified via fb messenger/SMS with confirmation that we are processing your order.
PAYMENT
  • If you opt for Regular Delivery (non-COD), you will be asked to provide us with a proof of payment. 
  • If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD)/Cash on Pick-up (COP), you can immediately proceed with checkout process.
  • We do not accept payment via Credit Card.
DELIVERY
  • Timescales and charges vary depending on customer's shipping address.
  • Failure to receive your order at your shipping address during the delivery (COD) or failure to pick-up your parcel within 3 days at  selected J&T branch (COP) will result to 'RTS' (Return To Sender) status.
  • Refusal to accept the parcel or negligence in claiming your order will result to being blacklisted in our online platforms.
DELAYS
  • We will make every effort to keep you informed should shipping of your order be prevented or delayed for reasons beyond our control.
  • We shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure of products being delivered when originally specified.
CANCELLATION/ CHANGING OF ORDER
  • Cancellation of order (including any changes in order) must be notified to us before 12NN, prior to order dispatch.
  • Bogus buyers will be strictly monitored by Hue PH Team.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
  • Items which fall under the following conditions: wrong size/color or damaged, may be returned for product exchange.
  • You can return an order within 7 days from the day you received it.
  • Any returned products must be in the same condition and in its original packaging.
