It takes FIVE simple steps to place your order at Hue PH. We'll guide you through it.

Step One!

Browse our products, learn about them, select your preferred size then add to cart! After placing all your choices to cart, proceed to checkout.

Step Two! 

Type in your email, full name, complete delivery address, contact number then continue to shipping!

🚩 Indicate a landmark if house number is unavailable.

Step Three! 

Choose among our shipping options.

LBC Express

🚩 Delivery might be subject for delay due to travel restrictions in some areas during quarantine period.

Lalamove / Grab Express

Available for Metro Manila customers only. Shipping fee will be determined using the app. To check the rate, here’s the pick-up point: 14 Gemini (Parang), Marikina.

🚩 Orders placed after 12nn will be booked the next day.

CASH REMITTANCE

CASH ON DELIVERY/ PICK-UP

Payment details will appear when you click on your preferred method during the checkout process.

For Cash On Delivery/ Pick-up Method:

For Regular Delivery/ Payment Method:

Send us your proof of payment along with your full name and order number to any of the following accounts:

After doing this step, your order will be prepared and be processed for shipping.

🚩 Our cut-off time is 12NN! All orders paid  after noon are processed on the next working day.

🚩 Customers are given 1-2 days to settle the payment for their order.  Unpaid order will be cancelled after the given grace period.

📌  TRACKING ORDER

Once your order is shipped out, you'll be getting your tracking number via SMS/ email. You can track your order here by simply entering the given tracking number to check the progress of the delivery.
